Slot Canyon

A few years ago Mr & I had a pleasure of a traveling vacation with sweet sister and her dear husband.  Well this photo I found the other day, it's straight of the camera.  It's of this wonderful place called Slot Canyon in Northern Arizona.  Actually it's near Page, AZ and there is also a wonderful Mexican restaurant there that we had the pleasure of dining.

But since I joined this group project it has been more than cloudy, it's been quite rainy.

We have needed rain here since all the dang snow melted, but no such luck.  So I think for now I'm gonna post a cloud photo once a week........call my project 52 clouds.

It's quite difficult to creep up on a owl. So thru the window was the best I could do. Their hearing is as acute as a deer. We think there also may be babies in a tree close by also. And yes this is one big owl!!
