photographer is California born but left and went to Florida. Actually he resides in the Big Cypress area of South Florida aka the Everglades. I have been to his studio and a workshop...I was so lucky to attend the workshop as it is usually done by many of his assistants. Mr Butcher is referred to as a black and white landscape photographer....I just think he is amazing. This is an announcement of his latest exhibit.

A Day in Sabino Canyon

See way up there above the arrow at the base of that mountain? Well that's where we hiked. Couldn't go any farther cause of the excessive amount of rain recently and also snow runoff. Couldn't see Seven Falls maybe next time.


Mr Doodles is never likely to get us lost.......his sense of direction is perfect unlike mine which is not so perfect.

The weather was perfect 74*, wispy clouds here and there. Not the best place for photos because not a lot of contrast. But Mr Doodles did get some good shots I'll post them later.
